A 13 story, 77 unit multi-dwelling project located in the Bankers Hill area
of San Diego, the project includes 142 spaces of covered parking which is
buffered by residential units which enclose it on two sides.
The project responds to specific neighborhood edge conditions and two different
zoning designations with a low rise piece that addresses a small scale
residential street and a high rise tower that address the wider more commercial
street.
Residential Units range in size from 875 to 3,100 square feet in size and have 1
to 3 bedrooms. Unit configurations range from 1 to 3 levels, depending on their
location. Units are oriented toward distant views of the water, or a 4th level
urban courtyard.
Project includes 3 live-work loft units on the ground floor and 6 – 2 bedroom
affordable units.
4 luxury penthouse units of over 3,000 square feet on two level are located on
the top floors with expansive exterior terraces and adjoin living spaces.
Exterior facades are composed of masonry and metal panels on the low rise piece
and glass, steel and concrete on the high rise. |
