The project responds to specific neighborhood edge conditions and two different zoning designations with a low rise piece that addresses a small scale residential street and a high rise tower that address the wider more commercial street.
Residential Units range in size from 875 to 3,100 square feet in size and have 1 to 3 bedrooms. Unit configurations range from 1 to 3 levels, depending on their location. Units are oriented toward distant views of the water, or a 4th level urban courtyard. Project includes 3 live-work loft units on the ground floor and 6 – 2 bedroom affordable units.
4 luxury penthouse units of over 3,000 square feet on two level are located on the top floors with expansive exterior terraces and adjoin living spaces.
