Grove Residence, Skokie, Illinois. A new 4,800 s.f., speculative single family residence built to meet the needs of an Orthodox Jewish Family. 6 bedrooms, 4 ˝ bathrooms, kosher kitchen oversized dining room, living spaces and master bedroom suite, home office. Designed by Nicholas Clark Architects, Developed by Peter Nicholas and Mitch Dayan as part of separate corporation. Completed June 2006.
Kimball Residence, Lincolnwood, Illinois. A new 5,000 s.f., speculative single family residence built to meet the needs of an Orthodox Jewish Family. 6 bedrooms, 4 ˝ bathrooms. 5350 South Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois. 44 Unit Townhouse Development. Completed November 1998.
The Vic Lofts, Chicago, Illinois. Conversion of an existing 54 unit apartment building into a loft condominums. Construction completed 2005.
Edgewater Condominums, Chicago, Illinois. 24,000 s.f., mixed use project. 12 condominium units, 2,200 s.f. retail space and 12 covered parking spaces. Completed May 2003.
Pershing – Lake, Chicago, Illinois. A 2 phase mixed use project containing a total of 66 condominum units, 5,000 s.f. of retail and 2 levels of structured parking.
5th/Thorn, San Diego, California. A 13 story, concrete and glass highrise consisting of 130 structured parking spaces, and 77 residential units. Residential units include 2 and 3 bedroom flats, duplex “City Homes”, 3 story townhouses, affordable and live-work units.
30th/Upas, San Diego, California. 60,000 s.f., mixed use project. 39 condominium units, 7 live/work spaces, 4,200 s.f. retail space and 95 parking spaces.
The Memphis, San Diego, California. 34,000 s.f. mixed use project. 23 apartment units, 5,000 s.f. retail space, 7,000 s.f. underground parking.

Overton Homes, Chicago, Illinois. Prototype homes designed for Shorebank Development Corporation. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with brick front exterior. Completed July 1998.
Morse Condominiums, Chicago, Illinois. A 6 story, 40 condominium project with 3,600 square feet of retail, and 64 covered parking spaces on two levels. The residential units average 1,200 square feet in size and include (35) 2 bedroom and (5) 1 bedroom units. The project site is located in on a high density urban area within a block of the Morse Avenue CTA elevated train stop.

The Havens, Chicago, Illinois. A 14 acre planned development which includes 100 single family residences. Nicholas Clark was responsible for master planning and architecture for the project. Homes range in size from 1,300 - 2,400 square feet and in price from $139,000 - 250,000.
Lemon Grove Downtown Redevelopment, Lemon Grove, California. A 7 acre, 4 block Transportation Oriented Design located in a inner ring suburb of San Diego. Site is located adjacent to a San Diego Trolley, light rail commuter station. Project will consist of approximately 50,000 s.f. of retail space, 1,000 parking spaces and 350 residential including condominiums, townhomes, and apartments.
Mirebalais Hospital, Mirebalais, Haiti. A new hospital facility in Mirebalais located in the Central Plateau region of Haiti. The new 45,820 s.f. hospital incorporates 9,310 s.f. of garden courtyards.
